Non jewellery items - we accept returns in unused condition up to 14 days from purchase. The customer is responsible for return postage.
Personalised Jewellery Items:
We are a small business making personal and bespoke jewellery with your own DNA materials. I provide 100% guarantee that only your elements will be used in your jewellery piece, and my pieces are handmade and 100% authentic. Your inclusions will be fully labelled from the time the inclusion pack leaves me to the time I post your finished piece to you. I also only work on one piece at a time, so there will be no cross contamination. Where possible, I will send you a proof photo prior to setting the stone in your jewellery piece, to ensure that you are happy with the colour and style. This isn't always possible, as some pieces are set directly in the jewellery item.
Bespoke items are available, items which are not listed on the website and can be custom made to order. Please contact me using the contact page to discuss.
Please note that items can take up to 12 weeks to arrive with you after I receive your inclusion pack. This is because many settings I use are handmade to order from an external source, and I order these once the order is confirmed by me receiving your inclusion kit back. This is particularly the case with rings which are ordered in your size.
Most items will arrive sooner, as I do carry stock of many other items, however please allow up to 12 weeks. If you require an item sooner, please contact me prior to ordering and I can give you a specific time based on the item you have ordered.
Gold lead times will always be closer to 12 weeks, these are all made to order and then sent to the assay office for hallmarking before I can make your jewellery.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms of service, including the care instructions which are available on the website prior to ordering, and the guarantee period.
When ordering rings it is the purchasers responsibility to accurately measure ring size. The ring will be ordered in the size indicated by the purchaser and there is no changes or amendments possible. I am not able to re-size and should another size be required, the purchaser is responsible for the cost.
I check the ring size against the size ordered during the making process. If you feel that the ring is not the size that you have ordered, I will request the ring be returned for checking on my mandrel. I do not accept photos from other jewellers - mandrels will all vary.
Once your order is placed, you will be sent an inclusion pack in which to return your inclusions to us in order for us to make your jewellery piece. It is your responsibility to return your inclusions to us promptly. We will send one reminder email should inclusions not be returned after 8 weeks. For inclusions not received after 24 weeks and no contact from the purchaser, orders will be cancelled and no refunds given.
All items come with a 6 month warranty which is valid as long as all care instructions are followed. Care instructions are visible on the website prior to purchase, and a copy is sent with your completed item.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, or breakage as a result of accident or carelessness. It also does not cover damage to the resin due to contact with chemicals. If your item has clear damage as a result of the above we are not obliged to repair under the warranty, but can quote a repair or replacement.
I can provide quotes for repair or replacement pieces outside of the warranty period.
All items are handmade, and therefore some imperfections may be present, such as air bubbles in the stone.
I recommend that you do not send all of the inclusion you have, such as a loved ones ashes. This is due to the risk of losses in the post for example. I always advise you keep some back, and will work with what you send.
All unused inclusions will be returned to you, the only exception being breast milk. The sample sent is preserved using my own methods into powder form. Once a powder, it provides enough for 3-4 items depending on the size. I will store the remaining preserved milk in case of any failures, damages or breakages which may require a re-make in the future as with breast milk, it can be the case that the mother has no milk to provide in the future.
Items containing hair or fur - I cannot guarantee the hair will be visible within the resin. All hair reacts differently depending on the pigments, grey hair for example has lost its pigment and will often go translucent when placed in resin. The same is often the case with cat fur which is less corse than human/dog hair for. I select the best hairs from the sample sent, in order to achieve the best visibility however please note that sometimes it is not possible to see the hair for the above reasons.
Please send as much hair as possible so I can select the best to work with and try different colours to see which works best if visibility is important to you, I will always do my best.
Custom inclusions - it is not possible to list all of the options in the selection on the website. Custom inclusions can include items such as fabric, soil, leaves, pregnancy sticks. I am also able to grind teeth to powder and use this as an inclusion also.
I have also worked with embryos.

Orders will be sent to the address noted on your order. It is your responsibility to notify me of a change of address promptly. We do not accept responsibility for your order being sent to the incorrect address if you move home during the processing of your order and do not inform us of your new address.
It is the customers responsibility to read item descriptions thoroughly prior to ordering to ensure that you are aware of the lead times, product specifications, size and placement of the inclusion.
Due to the personalised nature of the products being offered, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
