How It Works

Creating your own meaningful keepsake is simple. We'll guide you through each step, from choosing your design to receiving your finished jewellery.

1. Choose Your Jewellery

Explore our collections and select a piece that speaks to you, or get in touch to discuss a bespoke design. Each piece can be personalised to reflect your unique story.

2. Receive Your Inclusion Kit

Once you've placed your order, we'll send you an Inclusion Kit (UK orders only) containing everything you need to safely prepare and return your precious inclusions.

Your kit includes a suitable container, clear instructions and a personalisation form for your colour, finish and design preferences. Ring orders also include a ring sizer to help you find the right fit.

International orders: Customers outside the UK will need to send their inclusions directly to us, as inclusion kits and ring sizers are not supplied for international orders.

3. Your Keepsake Is Handcrafted

Once your inclusions arrive safely, your jewellery will be carefully handcrafted with attention to every detail.

We understand how precious your inclusions are and treat each one with the care and respect it deserves.

4. Receive Your Special Keepsake

Your finished jewellery will be carefully packaged and delivered to your door, ready to wear, treasure or give as a meaningful gift.
