Non Jewellery Items:

I accept returns and exchanges in unused condition within 14 days of purchase. 


Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of the products being created, and each item being bespoke and personalised with your own materials, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges. I am however able to offer repairs as detailed in this section. 

We accept cancellations within 3 days of your order. If cancelled within this time, you will receive a full refund. Cancellation after this time will result in costs being incurred to us, and therefore full refunds will not be offered.

We pride ourselves on quality, if you are unhappy with the quality of your item please contact us and we can arrange to reolve.

 

Sizing:

When ordering rings it is the purchasers responsibility to accurately measure ring size. The ring will be ordered in the size indicated by the purchaser and there is no changes or amendments possible. I am not able to re-size and should another size be required, the purchaser is responsible for the cost. 

I check the ring size against the size ordered during the making process. If you feel that the ring is not the size that you have ordered, I will request the ring be returned for checking on my mandrel. I do not accept photos from other jewellers - mandrels will all vary. 

 

Yellowing:

I use high quality resin which is built for longevity and has a UV blocker built in. The colour of the resin can be compromised if it is exposed to harsh UV light or comes into contact with chemicals. Should this happen, we are able to offer a re coating service which will be quoted for if needed.

 

Loose stone:

I am able to repair or replace a lost stone within 6 months of purchase provided all care instructions have been followed. Some items are listed on the website as occasional wear only. Due to stone placement there is a risk of stone loss and stone loss on these items is not covered in the warranty. 

 

Broken:

E.g. metal snapped. This can be repaired or replaced free of charge within 6 months of your order, as long as the item has been cared for and the item is not broken as a result of your own carelessness or accident. 

 

Stone or Gem fallen out:

Should your inclusion stone fall out within 6 months, please contact me and I can repair if all of the care instructions have been followed. 

I am able to quote repairs on most settings,  outside of the guarantee period. I can provide a quote and if you wish repair or replace for a cost (cost price).

Return postage should be paid for by the individual, and it is recommended signed for delivery. Afallon DNA Jewellery do not accept liability for any items lost in the post. 

 

Faulty Goods:

Should your item arrived damage, please contact me and this will be be discussed on a case by case basis.
