How It Works
The process is simple and personal:
1. Choose Your Material:
• Select your inclusion directly on the product listing, or choose the ‘Custom Inclusion’ option.
• If you choose ‘Custom Inclusion,’ I will contact you to discuss your specific requirements.
2. Inclusion Kit:
• After confirming your material choice, I will send you an inclusion kit.
• This kit will contain everything you need to safely return your chosen inclusion to me. It will also include a form for you to detail your design preferences. If a ring is ordered, the kit will contain a ring sizer which is to be returned with the kit.
3. Design Your Piece:
• The form in your inclusion kit will allow you to outline your general design requirements.
• If you would like a custom design or have something specific in mind, please contact me directly to discuss your ideas. I will work with you to create the perfect design.
• You can also choose the colour and finish of your jewellery. You can browse colour and finish options on the colour and finish choices page, and I can also create bespoke designs by request. I’ll ensure that the final piece reflects your personal style and the memory you wish to honour.
4. Handcrafted with Care:
• Once your material and design are finalised, I will carefully preserve and incorporate your inclusion into a beautiful, one-of-a-kind piece of jewellery.
• Each piece is handcrafted with the utmost care and respect.
5. Return of Unused Materials:
• Any unused material or inclusion will be safely returned to you along with the finished piece, so you can keep every part of your cherished memento.
6. Delivered to You:
• Once completed, your memorial jewellery will be securely packaged and sent to you, ready to be worn or displayed as a tribute to your loved one.
